Feeling fat rather than fit this summer? Pizza and other good stuff suddenly off-limits? No longer, thanks to Esposito's Pizza Restaurant(2221 S. University Dr., Davie, 954-916-5667). Namesake proprietor Lynne Esposito, a veteran pizzeria owner from Long Island, bakes a "diet pizza," which is made with low-fat cheeses and a whole-wheat crust (for the natural-foods sticklers among us). If you'd prefer to skip the dairy altogether, there's also a salad pizza, which features veggies but is ultimately a cheese-free pie. 'Course the purists can feast on regular ol' New York style pizza, not to mention calzones and other Italian entrées. They just won't look as good in their bathing suits.
