How about something right up your alley? Kim's Alley, in this case, and the myriad other shops, restaurants, and bars that make up the Shops of Gateway. The old-timey (read: nonsucky) strip mall welcomes an addition to the family as CD Collector opens its doors this Saturday. Not only is this an opportunity to find great imports and live discs -- the store boasts 10,000 new and used CDs, LPs, DVDs, and 45s -- but it's also Hallandale Beach's Poptopia night hauled a bit farther north. All of Poptopia's Saturday-night lineup plays at the store's grand opening, which means you have the opportunity to catch former Passion Seeds frontman Zach Ziskin, local indie darlings the New Graduates (pictured), house and acid jazz from DJ UTI, funk and soul courtesy of DJ Tan, and British and indie pop by DJ Sloan without spending too much time driving on I-95
