Now, we no longer have to trek to the Sawgrass Mills location of the Legal Sea Foods chain, scavenge for a parking spot, linger in line for a table, and wait some more for service, all to sample the signature New England-style clam chowder. OK, so it may take equally long to shop for the ingredients, clean the clams, peel the potatoes, and slow-cook the soup. And the result might be a burned mess in a hot kitchen.
