Redfish Bluefish (906 E. Hallandale Beach Blvd., Hallandale Beach, 954-454-8878) may sound like a Dr. Seuss book, but the real story here is the subhead: "Seafood Grille & Sushi Saloon." Think of "red" as in "red hot"; the grouper is superbly fresh and the crab-stuffed chicken breast uses the real, lump-style thing. Let the "blue" stand in metaphorically for the cool fare that's crafted at the sushi bar. Best yet are the choices for those who like to drink like fish: Not only does Redfish Bluefish serve more than 20 blended martini options that include such sumptuous combinations as "pineapple upside-down cake" and "chocolate brownie" but the drinks are brought to the table overflowing from oversize 11-ounce glasses. Just one of these babies can turn Redfish Bluefish from a childhood rhyme into an adult tongue-twister.
