Powerline Rd. Deerfield Beach). Others include the Washing Well wenches – three wacky cousins whose humor will “make you wet your… well, they’re funny; swordfighting gypsies, master archers, and a royal falconer. Guests an be a “knight for a day” and compete in contests such as Axe Throw, Fencing Ring, Mug Toss, Chess, and something called Test O’Strength. Afterwards, wipe your sweaty brow and wash it down with a pint of mead. The festival runs weekends through March 19, and is open on President's Day (Monday, February 20).
