We see you in your car, thrusting your imaginary gun in the air, rapping furiously to Tupac’s “All Eyez On Me.” Yeah, on the surface we point and giggle at you, but deep down we relate. In our private spheres, on the regular, we all become Lil’ Kim, Ghostface Killa and Jay-Z. Tonight the secret goes public at Purdy Lounge (1811 Purdy Ave., Miami Beach) when all fellow wannabes collide for Hip Hop Karaoke. Celine Dion and Britney Spears won’t be available, so those of you wishing to show off your vocal range, stick to Studio or Little Hoolies.

“Hip Hop Karaoke is the perfect opportunity for both closet and seasoned MCs to grab the mic and show their skills,” said super-cool host A/V. Sign-up for performers is from 10 p.m. to midnight. That’s also when you can sip free Colt 45 – you know, to bolster your rapper swagger. The karaoke starts at midnight. There’s no cover, but you gotta be over 21 to even set foot in the place.
