Ratt Poison

By Jamie Laughlin

Published on August 30, 2007

C.C. DeVille is an unlikely heartthrob. Measuring in at five foot seven-and-a-half inches (one can assume that includes The Hair), and performing solo songs like his opus “I Hate Every Bone in Your Body – Except Mine” (ladies: swoon!), DeVille’s pretty far removed from the standard Romeo. And yet, he and the other toxic bachelors of Poison still attract stadium-fulls of gussied up ladies like moths to a can of recently ignited hairspray.

Pull out those acid-washed jeans and metal-plated snake belts, Poison, Ratt and opening act Vains of Jenna perform tonight at 7 p.m. at Sound Advice Amphitheatre (601-7 Sansburys Way, West Palm Beach). Tickets range 29.50 to $45. Call 561-795-8883, or visit www.ticketmaster.com.
