Clad in a straw hat, sunglasses (indoors) and XL Hawaiian shirt, the dude is the embodiment of the party you were determined to find when you moved to America’s spring break capital years ago. That party continues with Phil Greek’s Panorama Island Band. Witness his calypso-tinged covers at The Mai-Kai’s Molokai Bar (3599 N.
