Nobody does over the top, envelope-pushing pop music better than Madonna.But when it comes to her other creative pursuits, let’s just say that Madge has often heard the phrase “don’t quit your day job.” But in what was perhaps an attempt to share career interests with her now-ex husband Guy Ritchie, she’s gone and directed a comedy/drama/musical/romance called Filth and Wisdom.

Reviews range from as savage as they come to quite generous — London’s Times Online claims that Ms. Ciccone has done herself proud. Die hard fans still cheering after her enormous Dolphin Stadium concert on Wednesday 26 can try to relive the fandom at 4 and 8 p.m. today at the Lake Worth Playhouse (713 Lake Ave., Lake Worth).
