Miami's favorite Latin - rock - cumbia - whatever mash-up band, Locos Por Juana, has finally got its due from the awards gods. The Locos have finally scored their first Grammy nomination, in the category of Best Latin Rock or Alternative Album, for La Verdad. Note that this is in the regular Grammys, not the Latin Grammys -- the overall recording academy began to recognize several Latin music categories some years ago. To celebrate, the band will play a special show tonight at Jazid, where it's held a Wednesday-night residency for the last five years. The show starts at 11 p.m., and Itagui Correa, the band's frontman, will autograph copies of the album's title single.
