It might sound cliched to compare sports superstars to fictional superheroes, but when it comes to the Miami Heat and the Orlando Magic, it’s almost impossible not to. The Magic haven’t been this good since The Diesel left, and probably the biggest reason is Dwight Howard, the young center who seems to get better every game he plays in. Sure the Magic has a great supporting cast, but take away Howard, and they’re fighting for a playoff spot like the Heat. Now if you took D-Wade off the Heat? Well, double-digit wins would seem like a lofty goal. Wade takes the team on his shoulders night after night, and is really the only reason the Heat is relevant at all.
