If you’ve been itching to tap your tootsies down memory lane, hoof it to the Mayfair Antique Market, where you might score some classic vinyl LPs. The monthly confab is a virtual fortune hunter’s paradise and features dozens of vendors with unusual items for the serious collector or weekend browser.
Located inside the Shoppes at Mayfair, this oldies bazaar boasts everything from furnishings, artifacts, vintage clothing, jewelry, sterling silver, porcelain, and lighting to toys and collectibles. Some of the stalls — offering rare, out-of-print tomes — will make antiquarian book lovers swoon. There are also plenty of paintings and objets d’art to be snagged.
The market will be open from noon to 6 p.m. this Sunday, and there’s no entrance fee.
