The possessed university you saunter through is dark, horrific, and haunting – with creepy things lurking around each corner. Four witches carried unto this university an ancient book of spells, and although they discovered the book was possessed by an evil spirit, they still translated the text. Once they spoke the words aloud and the first lines filled the air, the demon awoke, and he was a foul creature indeed. All the collegians outside in the courtyard saw blackness cover the sky, until there was nothing but sticky, liquid rain. The air stunk of a rusted iron odor. But no one screamed. It was too late. The rain was blood, blood that has now possessed the students – and they will be your company tonight. Try to make it through the maze of haunted folk, 16 scenes, and a house made up of bloodthirsty demons. Don’t forget to see the tarot card reader, who might reveal your only chance to escape. Find the Promenade at Inverrary at 4450 N. University Drive in Lauderhill. Hours of possession are from 8 p.m. to midnight. Tickets cost $10 ($8 for unpossessed students with ID). Tickets come with unlimited re-entry – of course, only if you’re able to make it out the first time. Relive this haunted night tonight through Saturday and again on the 30th and 31st.
