Jackson has been producing spectacles of hair fashion for the past 17 years, taking his legendary Golden Scissors Awards from the Nation’s capital to Hong Kong, Korea, and the Dominican Republic. And now it’s South Florida’s turn to spin curling irons like batons and celebrate hair at Hairtopia. Starting at 6 p.m. at the Miami-Dade County Auditorium (2901 W.
