Gospel of Paul

So, how much sting will Chris Paul and the Hornets have when they come to visit American Airlines Arena (601 Biscayne Blvd., Miami) on Sunday? New Orleans is coming off a game the night before at home against the Atlanta Hawks, who knocked the Heat out of the playoffs in seven games last season. The underperforming Hornets will need a typical game from Paul, who is averaging almost a double-double in points-assists per game this young season. The Hornets will also need a big game out of the supporting cast of David West, Emeka Okafor, and Peja Stojakovic. So figure that Dwyane Wade and the Heat, who will play Friday at Toronto then fly back to Miami, at least to be a little more rested, and hopefully, ready. Tip-off is 6 p.m. Tickets start at $10.
