DJ/producer Simon Baker has enjoyed a steady ascent to international fame in the past couple of years through a slew of infectious releases on high-profile labels, countless global tour dates, and a firm grasp on what makes people get down on a dance floor. As a DJ in the '90s Leeds and London club scenes, Baker honed his skills on the decks while warming up a decade's worth of clubgoers for his future incarnation as a producer. His big break came in 2004, when debut track "The Liptrick" made it out on Ralph Lawson's esteemed 2020 Vision Recordings and ended up on compilation mixes by the likes of Damian Lazarus and Tiefschwarz.
