It may be extremely easy to sit down at your local Red Lobster and gorge away on All-You-Can-Eat Shrimp Tuesday without a care in the world. However, if there is one thing weve learned recently from shows like Deadliest Catch, its that the life of a commercial fisherman is really hard work. Despite being totally badass on the water, what we dont see is the salty dogs challenges at home.

Sins of the Mother, a new play from famed playwright Israel Horovitz (fun fact: He is Adam Beastie Boy Horovitzs father), takes place in a small fishing village, where a mystery threatens to expose the tragedy of a families past. Sins is a compelling drama about revenge and forgiveness and the struggle to understand the difference. So maybe the next time you order the half-pound lobster with butter sauce, youll appreciate who actually caught it a little more.
