Even if youve never met the man who built Churchills (5501 NE Second Ave., Miami), hes pretty easy to spot. His name is Dave Daniels, and hes that dapper 68-year-old gentleman with the great, white grandfatherly beard. On a typical night, Daniels can be found sitting at the far end of the bar, sporting a pink dress shirt and sipping a glass of fine Chardonnay. And for more than 30 years now, hes held court at his not-quite-a-pub in Little Haiti.
