Jimmie Vaughan's Guitar Skills Light Up Culture Room

Influenced and inspired by blues legends like Freddy King and Johnny "Guitar" Watson, for more than 40 years, Jimmie Vaughan has been the envy of many a fellow guitarist. He used to open for people like Jimi Hendrix and worked with icons including Eric Clapton, Willie Nelson, Bob Dylan, B.B. King, and Carlos Santana. He's also, of course, the older brother of the late/great Stevie Ray and a founding member of the Fabulous Thunderbirds. Those early T-birds albums are some of the most badass and influential blues-rock recordings from the past four decades. And we haven't even gotten to his solo stuff yet.
