Poor Craig. For the deceased military man in Christopher Shinns play Dying City, it was out of the frying pan and into the (friendly) fire. On the eve of his deployment to Iraq, Craig and his wife, Kelly, are helpless to repair their decaying marriage. Its a bad situation made worse after Craigs death, which leaves the couples problems unresolved. To further rub salt in Kellys emotional wounds, Craigs brother, Peter, visits her a year after Craigs death and suggests that it might not have been an accident. Meanwhile, the self-absorbed Peter, an up-and-coming actor struggling with his homosexuality, and Kelly, a professional therapist and Law & Order junkie, have their own issues.
