The Hard Rock Seminole Casino wants to help the professional date, so it’s going to hook you up at the “Quest for Love Bash” at the Passion Nightclub. This is a call for “professionals,” a loosely defined category that will mingle under the Cupid-like supervision of South Florida matchmaker Marylin Kovalis. Her company’s name, Elite Mergers, may sound like buyouts and hostile takeovers — but Friday, it’s going to be raffles, the debut of a skimpy swimwear line, and a dating game. To break the ice, alcohol will flow free till midnight — and the after-party, to which you have free access, will be an opportunity to get to know your new companion(s) a little better.
