A Loss for Words Punks Up Motown Classics at Talent Farm
Although Fall Out Boy clearly has soul-music influences and even covered Michael Jackson's "Beat It," the punk link to the genre was never quite so pronounced prior to A Loss for Words' album Motown Classics. Released earlier this year, the album is primed for soundtrack placement on a teen drama and serves to soften the edges of this rough-and-tumble act.
