Flashing your genitals in public used to be the privilege of homeless people and perverts. Not anymore. Every Wednesday, the VooDoo Lounge holds "Whip It Out," a talent contest in which people have been known to unleash their trouser snakes. The stage is wide-open to anyone with a knack for anything at all --- karaoke, contortionism, juggling, strutting a runway, drag shows, stripping, or -- why the hell not? -- origami penis. The winner gets VIP bottle service. Ease into your onstage embarrassment with a free shot and the drink specials: $5 drinks, jagers, and beers all night -- and no cover. The crowd is a mix of gay and straight, and the wild, uninhibited mood is set by DJ Daisy D and her crew. Words of advice: if you plan to expose yourself, manscape ahead of time. "Whip It Out" at the VooDoo Lounge (111 Southwest 2 Avenue, Fort Lauderdale) on Wednesday nights.
