When you were a child, you sprayed the luminous goo across your room to imagine the magic of nuclear meltdowns. During electronic musics heyday, they lit your way through the arteries of rave culture. Now, despite that were bona fide adults, black lights still pull at our imaginations -- if only when those imaginations are impaired. Delray Beachs Il Bacio will celebrate the glow toys Sunday with Amazonia, an event to bring out your inner animal with jungle-themed décor and tribalesque models. Everything will glow, from your drinks and straws to the models. Famed photographer and body painter John Neyrot will be responsible for the model glow - hes also the perennial model body painter in Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue. The runway will wind through the 12,000 square-foot courtyard outside.
