Rat-a-tat-tat! Crash! Boom! No, it’s not a ten-car pileup on I-95; it’s the latest ear-candy extravaganza. The LFO (Lost and Found Orchestra) uses tubes, bottles, whirly toys, and traffic cones to create music for your ears. See, the creators of Stomp put together shows using regular objects to create rhythms, but this time, they are using regular objects to create original instruments that create rhythms (which is completely different). Pandemonium consists of 25 members and a 30-member choir made up of South Florida singers. This “symphony of music, mayhem, and epic spectacle” has its U.S. premiere at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the Adrienne Arsht Center’s Ziff Ballet Opera House (1300 N. Biscayne Blvd., Miami) and runs until September 26. This might be your one chance to see what a squonkaphone looks like. Regular tickets cost $55, but for $75, you get a VIP ticket package that guarantees you the best seat in the house plus a special meet and greet with cast members after the show.
