Congratulations, Cincinnati; youre home to the countrys largest Oktoberfest celebration. Too bad it also topped VH1s list of the 40 least metal moments when Mötley Crües Vince Neil grand-marshaled the Chicken Dance in 2004. Well, you can bet your bratwurst therell be nothing like that at this years Rocktoberfest at Fort Lauderdales Riverwalk. As you make your way around Esplanade Park, sampling food and drinks from various venders, the lineup of local bands will keep the hokey stuff at bay. To wit: the Freakin Hott, Fourth Dimension, Audio Heist, Ghosts of Gloria, Recover South, and Big Bang Radio. With a little luck (and booze), maybe you can avoid having the Chicken Dance stuck in your head all week.
