Are you female? Do you love working out, dressing up, contributing to good causes... or playing with gourds? Because if you are, and if you do, then you know how you're spending your morning: suiting up in your Halloweeniest aerobic gear and heading over to Esplanade Park (between SW Fourth Avenue and the Broward Center for the Performing Arts in downtown Fort Lauderdale) with a pumpkin and a pair of new or "gently used" shoes in hand. Once there, you and a bunch of other civically minded, becostumed fitness junkies will engage in a series of pumpkincentric exercises put on by Women's Outdoor Workout (W.O.W.) in Fort Lauderdale and donate a pair of shoes to Soles 4 Souls. Soles 4 Souls is a Nashville-based charity that brings together your unwanted footwear and the countless thousands who can't afford their own.
