Climb into that attic and dig in those mothballs for your ugliest sweater. One that's an awkward, bright shade of red, covered in sequins and puffy paint will do -- but it's better if you can find one with possibly an ornament or two. Unfortunately, these sweaters are usually itchy -- and you would never want to be caught dead in it. But that's why there are $3 "spiked" eggnog shots. Yes, the party animals behind Flaunt have found a reason for you to dust off those wardrobe gems, and it includes dancing and lots of booze. It's the annual Ugly Sweater Party, and the fun begins at 9 p.m. Thursday at Respectable Street (518 Clematis St., West Palm Beach) -- complete with awkward Christmas photo ops. As always, DJs JJ Contramus, Marvelous Kendall, Ozwaldus, and Danxiety will provide the evening's soundtrack, and there is no cover. So, after decades of receiving ugly sweaters from distant relatives -- and not wanting to wear them -- this year you can now send one relative a thank-you card.
