Rub-A-Dub-Dub, Three Artists in a Tub

And who do you think were there? The sculptor, the painter, the jewelry maker. And all of them gone to the fair. And they didn't go to just any old fair. They went to the 25th Anniversary Las Olas Art Fair. You can go to one of the largest and most popular outdoor art festivals in South Florida too. From jewelry to life-sized sculptures, there is something to fit everyone's taste and budget. Support the arts and the local economy by joining 100 artists from 30 states on Saturday and Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., on Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, between SE Sixth Avenue and SE 11th Avenue. The event is free and open to art lovers of all ages. There is no purchase necessary to register on-site to win artist Todd Babb's original hand-carved sculpture Perpetual Bliss, created to commemorate the fair's 25th anniversary. Call 561-746-6615, or visit artfestival.com.
Sat., Oct. 20, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.; Sun., Oct. 21, 10 a.m.-5 p.m., 2012
