South Florida is fortunate to have dozens of food trucks patrolling its borders, but who has time to schlep all over the county to sample the goods? Tuesday’s Gourmet Food Truck Experience brings together more than 20 trucks in one convenient location for easier eating. The lineup for the event is subject to change — one never knows when a flat tire will crop up — but on the roster are: 90 Miles to Go, BC Tacos, Best French Fries, Big Belly’s Deli, Boba Station, Da Burger Shack, Dough Food Truck, Fireman Derek, Firewall Food Truck, Flour Power, Guiseppe’s Italian Sausage, Ideal Fusion Cuisine, JOJI Yogurt, Killer Pasta, Kokua Ice, Lobsta Rollin, Out Of Many Café, PS561, the Mediterranean Grill, the Philly Grill, and Veggie Xpress. The Gourmet Food Truck Experience is 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Seminole Casino Coconut Creek, located at 5550 NW 40th St. in Coconut Creek. The trucks will be gathered in the west parking lot.
