The big tall socalled waitress in nasty. watched her did her underwear out of her but then dig in the ice cooler for peoples drinks. She dumos garbage then coughs in her hand then handles peoples food! not once did i see her even wash her hands! i have been going their for a long while and i wont go while she is thier! She akes you wait to order/ she makes you wait for a drink (cant get refill) and she makes you wait for you bill! all the while talking about her badb knee/car or whatever! she is NASTY!

"Eat clams... Live longer!!! Eat oysters... Last longer!!!" The motto emblazoned across the menu at Tarks is as catchy as it is true. Those raw clams and littlenecks (both $8.95 a dozen) are a low-cholesterol source of minerals and protein, and the fresh-shucked gulf oysters on the half shell ($6.50 for a half dozen, $8.95 a dozen) are a wet, plump, and succulent way to get your motor running on overdrive. Served ice cold, the conch salad ($7.95) is touted on the menu as "a local favorite." Tarks has been a Dania institution since 1966, and the folks know local seafood as well as anyone. Take a seat at the counter -- that and a few tables out front are your only options -- and you're sure to go elbow-to-elbow with tattooed bikers and leather-skinned laborers, all enjoying Tarks' cheap beer and tasty bivalves. Check out their daily specials, which include ten free wings with a pitcher of beer on Wednesday after 7:30 p.m. Make sure you try their tangy key lime pie ($2.25) too. Shellfish isn't the only thing Tarks does right.
If you're into really great wings, then this is the place for you. Tarks of Dania Beach serves up, by far, the best wings in all of South Florida. The only thing that makes them better is to wash them down with a nice frosty cold draft beer served up by the all too friendly wait staff! Tarks wrote the book on wings and after you taste them you'll see why it's still standing and in business on US-1 since 1966! You can't say that for alot of other restaurants in that area! As far as the cleanliness factor goes, I've never read an obituary that said that anyone died from eating there. Perhaps it's just the reason that it is such a dive, hole-in-the-wall local establishment that makes all the food taste so, so good! A little dirt never hurt anyone! I have got to say this place is one of the dirtiest most unsanitary places i have ever eaten at. I watched the guy wash his hands over the raw oyster and then shuck them for eating. No soap is used when washing hands. Floors and table tops are filthy. All food is handled together and not separated. So cross contamination is ramped. Nothing is washed between cutting food and serving it. The word food born sickness comes to mind every time i pass the place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE YOU WILL THANK ME.
