The best signature cocktail in North Palm Beach is "The SOJO" at Panama Hatties. Joe "Potato" ,the bartender at the Paradise Bar, mixes up the best, original drink. It is a concoction of Southern Comfort, pineapple juice, Amaretto, O.J.( I think..) and possibly 7-up. I'm trying to figure out the exact recipe. Joe "potato" is a transplant from New England (New Hampshire, to be exact). He ran a local bar up there. His drink mixing abilities are phenomenal and his attitude is just as strong. Try his SOJO and you will agree!!
