Summer is upon us. And there's no better place to chill out than at the Summer Daze Concert Series in downtown Lake Worth. The block party, hosted by bar and music venue Propaganda and presented by Nomad Surf Shop and Wonderland, promises to be the best indoor/outdoor music festival in town this July, featuring 45 reggae/rock bands and 12 DJs on two stages. Cool off on a 50-foot Slip 'n Slide while listening to hot bands like Authority Zero, Ballyhoo!, and the Supervillains this Sunday, and don't miss bands Stickfigure, Passafire, and the Heavy Pets on Sunday, July 28. Beat the heat at Propaganda, at 6 S. J St. in Lake Worth, this Sunday and again Sunday, July 28, from noon to 2 a.m. All ages are welcome at the outside stage, and those 18 and older are welcome on Propaganda's inside stage. Advance tickets cost $15 and $20 on the day of the event. Call 561-547-7273, or visit propagandalw.com.
