Grease! may be considered a show that’s fun for the whole family, but it’s cheesy music and 1950s setting are really just disguises for one of the dirtiest musicals ever written. With song lyrics like “You are supreme, the chicks will cream, for greased lightnin’” and stories about missed period scares, it’s pretty obvious that the students at Rydell High were horny as all get out. Those brats from High School Musical are prudes in comparison. So bring mom, dad, and the kids to see Grease! at the Broward Center’s Amaturo Theater (201 SW Fifth Ave., Fort Lauderdale) this Thursday through Saturday.
