So youll get your fill of mourning, of people wondering what it all means; then youll throw on the slickest, tightest, blackest outfit you own and get your kink on at the Fetish Apocalypse, the latest in the Fetish Factorys Alter Ego series of monthly goth-lust throwdowns. The events name and its flier, featuring a corseted lass in bandolier, offer a nod to the militarism that its date, 9/11, has come to represent. What does it all mean? That you cant control. But on a day synonymous with mass murder, a bacchanal centered on transgressive eroticism is a small signal that the terrorists, so-called, have indeed not won. The party (which commands a strict dress code) runs from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. at Sea Monster Nightclub (2 S. New River Drive W., Fort Lauderdale).
