For a catch phrase to make it past the 15-minute mark, it has to be
succinct and easy to remember and have the right person deliver it.
Thats why even though its been more than 30 years since the final
Good Times episode, Jimmie Walker is still known for those three
syllables his character J.J. Evans made famous: dy-no-mite! Nowadays,

on the standup circuit and shootin the breeze on late-night
television. If youre part of Generation Z and have no idea who he
is, do yourself a favor and watch Good Times on TV Land. You can do
that on an iPhone, right?
