Feed me, Colicchio

When was the last time an event with some real flavor fired up your Thursday? Hungry for something different? Well then, how’d you like to swallow a nice, meaty chunk of Tom Colicchio’s extensive culinary knowledge? Consider yourself served, courtesy of the programming kitchen at the Adrienne Arsht Center for Performing Arts, where Top Chef’s Colicchio will be cooking up something special beginning tonight at 8. And while Tom is the main ingredient, the side dish is none other than former Top Chef contestant Jeff McInnis, head chef at the DiLido Beach Club. The conversation is sure to be appetizing, chock full of succulent recipe ideas and spicy wit, and culminating in a live cooking demonstration by Colicchio. How’s that for a main course?
