Feel the Excitement!
A serious jolt of testosterone makes its way to Miami as World Wrestling Entertainment's RAW invades AmericanAirlines Arena (601 Biscayne Blvd., Miami) at 7:45 p.m.
The WWE personalities scheduled to appear include Triple-H, Goldberg, and "Stone Cold" Steve Austin. The wrestling organization's edgy brand of entertainment focuses on raw sex appeal, and they pound this button hard every night. Super hotties like ex-Baltimore Ravens cheerleader Stacy Keibler strut their considerably sexy stuff in skimpy lingerie as they take part in the evening's plot lines (we use that term in its loosest sense), and the audience loves every minute.
One fan's cardboard sign at a past WWE event said it best: "I'd Rather Be in Chyna." No, the fan didn't have spelling issues. He was referring to his yearning to know former WWE female wrestler Chyna in the biblical sense.
You think that's below the line? WWE mastermind Vince McMahon erased the line years ago, and he's been laughing all the way to the bank ever since.

What's more American than baseball in the summertime? West Boca Youth Baseball and the South Florida Youth Association are sponsoring the West Boca Dad's Day Baseball Bash. The five-day tournament runs June 11-15 and will include many different age groups, offering competition ranging from 9 year olds all the way up to 18-year-old varsity players. Each team is guaranteed at least three games during the week, and registration costs $375 per squad. The action culminates next Sunday, Father's Day, with the final rounds. And it goes without saying that a day at the park watching the kids knock a few balls around sure as heck beats getting yet another necktie or itchy sweater. All games will be held at Southwest County Regional Park and Pinewoods Park in West Boca. Call 561-441-5201. -- Russ Evans
