Give Thanks for Dada
We're sure the reason you want to eat out on Thanksgiving has nothing to do with the charred carcass of a 20-pound turkey smoking in your oven as you read this. You just prefer that the money you spend on this dinner of thanks goes to a more thankful and deserving cause than the supermarket CEO's golden parachute, right? You're not much for cooking anyways. Who has the time and energy -- the space? Dada (52 N. Swinton Ave., Delray Beach) is here to help you on all counts. From 5 p.m. to close for $22 a person, Dada will serve you a three-course traditional turkey dinner with all the trimmings. This is the third year Dada has opened its doors for Turkey Day, and it's all for a good cause, with 100 percent of the proceeds going to Joshua House and the Lord's Place to help feed the homeless while you are served in style. Dada's trying to leave room for walk-ins (read: the ones with the charred carcasses), but reservations are recommended. Call 561-330-3232.
