You might know him as the booze-loving, sword-fighting Inigo Montoya from The Princess Bride. Or maybe you've recently seen him as Saul Berenson on Homeland. But there's a side to Mandy Patinkin too dramatic for the screen, and he's unveiling it onstage right here in South Florida.
The Emmy- and Tony-winning star will perform his show Dress Casual with Broadway pianist Paul Ford. Patinkin will spend the evening telling stories, dancing, and singing show tunes in his captivating tenor from classics such as The Wizard of Oz and The Harvey Girls. But this show is not just hours of more than three dozen theater melodies. Patinkin bounces between comic and dramatic pieces and acts out each one alone. And if he doesn't get them right the first time, he'll sing them again.
