After a yearlong hiatus, Izzy Rich has revived her buxom, come-hither burlesque troupe the Glamour Goddesses. This Saturday’s Spring ’Em Out: A Naughty Vaudeville Extraordinaire at Harold’s Coffee Lounge marks the curvy cast’s official comeback. And one thing is for sure: Rich and company will spring out the pasties and feather boas like nobody’s business. Living up to the vaudeville billing, the Glamour Goddesses’ coquettish routine will represent only one bit of the night’s action. Also on tap is a performance by pole-art entertainer Jerlyn Rene. Yes, the pole in Rene’s show is the same sort seen at gentlemen’s clubs, but the acrobatic things this young lady can do on that pole will have the crowd marveling — and saving some new clips in their memory reels. Also on hand will be Manny Cartoon and his kinky cartoon sketching — making even the cutest puppy face look like Brigitte Bardot. Additionally, Chris Da’Imperial will host the evening, offering his erotic love poetry in between performances, and Mathison Provenzano’s alluring tunes will provide musical amusement.
This saucy springtime evening begins at 8 p.m. at Harold’s Coffee Lounge, located at 509 Northwood Road in West Palm Beach. There is no cover charge, but donations are gratefully accepted. Visit facebook.com/GlamourGoddesses, or call 717-395-2929.
