When the pumpkin pie begins to digest, you have a decision to make. You can go with the downward momentum and sink into the couch. Or, you can stand up in spite of the malaise, pull your shirt over your head, and scream “I am the Great Cornholio! My bunghole needs to go back to the ’90s!” We recommend the latter because there is a giant portal into the ’90s set to open Thanksgiving night at Respectable Street called Yo! Flaunt Jams: A 90s’ Thanksgiving. There, your inner Beavis will be thankful for the Flaunt DJ crew spinning ’90s dance and hip- hop inside and ’90s rock and alternative outside, as well as a special ’90s cover band named Snick, who, like yourself, opted to come out rather than crashing on their big, orange couch. Plus, you’ll feel like you really did some living if the last thing you taste on Thanksgiving is a dollar PBR rather than pumpkin pie. This free party is for those 21 and up. It begins at 10 p.m. at Respectable Street (518 Clematis St., West Palm Beach). Call 561-832-9999, or visit respectablestreet.com.
