Break out your saddle shoes and leather jackets; it's time to twist again. The Green Room is inviting you to go back to the 1950s at its Back to the Happy Days Future Party. A shindig that Marty McFly, the Fonz, and the Pink Ladies would be proud to attend. The Butchers, a '50s-inspired South Florida rockabilly band, will provide the soundtrack for the night, which will also include costume contests and a twist dance contest. Green Room boasts dancers in poodle skirts doing the twist and other dances all night and instructing the crowd on how to dance the dances. As you dance into the breaka-breaka-dawn, DJ Tonx takes over. Be sure to swing by the art gallery by Art Hive with your beau for a make-out session. Green Room digs the chance to bring local artists to light in the scene. Bring your beehive or pompadour out for a night of fun. This party is going to be legen -- wait for it! -- dary! Back 2 the Happy Days Future Party is Saturday from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. at the Green Room Nightclub, 109 SW Second Ave. in Fort Lauderdale. Call 954-449-1025.
