What's the point of having a tattoo if it's hidden under long sleeves and khakis all week? Empire Tattoos agrees and is hosting Power of Ink, an evening swimwear runway show to exhibit the minimalist fashion and the skin art it so conveniently exposes. As the long-limbed models strut back and forth on the neon-lit runway to club beats, feel free to grab a brightly colored cocktail or two. Once the libations start to kick in, invest your hard-earned cash on the raffle, which is boasting undisclosed yet exciting prizes. And if you start to feel guilty for having too much fun on a Friday night, don't: 25 percent of all proceeds benefit the Make-a-Wish Foundation. So even if you don't win, you may as well empty your pockets at one of the donation boxes on your way out, since all your wishes were granted and it's time to return the favor for a child in need.
