Each month, Hugh's Culinary in Fort Lauderdale hosts its special Culinary Cooking Experience, an interactive cooking class where attendees can sit and watch -- or get in on the action -- all while enjoying some fabulous food and drink.
The culinary experience walks you through the creation of a three-course meal, complete with appetizer, entrée, and dessert. The evening wouldn't be complete without a few specially paired drinks as well, including cocktails, beer, or wine meant to complement each dish.

Themes rotate monthly, so be sure to pick a class that's to your liking. Hugh's upcoming culinary experience is set to take place September 15 and will be offering a wine pairing theme. But don't wait: Classes, which usually have anywhere from 40 to 50 people, fill up quickly.
