East Coast represent, son!
On one side, you've got the big, bold flavors of aggressive hops and extreme vertical malts.
On another, you've got the creative blends of old-world styles kicked up with American ingenuity.
That's the sort of parlance that will be on display at Lola's on Harrison's East Coast Versus West Coast Beer Dinner, going down September 24 at 8:30 p.m. Chef Michael Wagner will pit the aggressive tendencies of West Coast craft brewers against the innovative traditions of the East, offering pours of both beers paired with a single dish in a winner-take-all throwdown. The four-course meal will feature fall flavors as well, at a cost of $65 per person all-inclusive.
