Former Hell's Kitchen contestant survivor Ralph Pagano has been named executive chef for Gulfstream Park's Ten Palms restaurant, as well as the racetrack's concession operations.

Pagano hinted at his departure from STK Miami on his Facebook page, with the note, "big things happening around here....big things."

Pagano has appeared on Iron Chef and hosted his own show, Pressure Cook, on the Mojo Network. He's also a frequent guest on Big 105.9's The Paul and Young Ron Show.

Seems

as though the chef has found his dream job at Gulfstream. When asked about

the move, Pagano said. "I only moved to South Florida for Gulfstream

Park." Pagano admitted he was a fan of the ponies and grew up attending races

at New York's Belmont Park.

Maybe he can give us some betting tips with our dinner.
