Vineau and Christian Gavino, ex-owner of Pastis restaurant in Delray Beach, have teamed up on the 100-seat, "casual French cuisine" eatery, named after the iconic flower of France's Provence region, not to mention the sparkling wine and orange juice cocktail that's the bane of brunch buffets everywhere.
Chef of the new venture is Mark Cela, formerly toque at Lake Worth's now-closed L'Anjou. He'll be doing everything from brunch dishes like quiche with prosciutto and peas to lunch and dinner items like mussels marinieres, frog legs Provençal, and herb-crusted sea bass with roasted peppers and tapenade.
