Tuesday, April 14, 6 to 7:30 p.m. Dine Magazine hosts a mixology class at Forte Palm Beach, $25. Resident mixologist Joshua Lieberman teaches you how to mix some of Forte's delicious signature cocktails at home.

Saturday April 18th, 7 to 11 p.m. New Times Beerfest. Sample more than 200 beers from around the world, check out live music, plus try nibbles from area restaurants. Tickets $25. Esplanade Park at Himmarshee Village.

Friday and Saturday May 1 and 2, Las Olas Wine and Food Festival. Buy tickets for wine dinners ($100-$200) or the street festival ($75 per person) The street festival ticket includes a complimentary wine glass (6½oz.), butler tray and unlimited sampling from over 60 restaurants, 30 wine, spirit and micro brews from 7.30 to 10 p.m. Street festival tickets also include the Bombay Sapphire Music & Mixology lounge. The drinks will change with the music -- Latin music with Latin drinks etc. Bombay Sapphire will serve the specialty cocktails paired with fine cuisine.
