Khia Still Beefing with Trina

It's no secret that Khia, of the famous 2002 cunnilingus anthem "My Neck, My Back" is not the biggest fan of Miami's top female rappers. Early on, there was the debacle involving Jacki-O over her status as the self-dubbed "Queen of the South." Then there was her beef with Trina,...

It's no secret that Khia, of the famous 2002 cunnilingus anthem "My Neck, My Back" is not the biggest fan of Miami's top female rappers. Early on, there was the debacle involving Jacki-O over her status as the self-dubbed "Queen of the South."

Then there was her beef with Trina, played out over a series of public diss records. In fact, in 2006, Khia spilled this to the Miami New Times: "For a lot of artists, music isn't really their life. It isn't really their dream. I mean, Trick got Trina out of Club Rollex. She was a dancer. It went from low-price tricking to high-price tricking.... This is what a man wants you to say, that they skeet down your throat, and these [rappers] just read it off a piece of paper like that's cool. So men are just looking at you, and they wanna fuck. They're not respecting you as an artist. And your female fans don't wanna hear that. You come onstage dancing with girls and y'all kissing. We don't wanna see that!"

Zing!

Now, it's 2008 and the outspoken Khia just won't let it drop, according to this post on Idolator. Seems Khia, who's known for being very hands-on with her Myspace page, went down to the record store this past Tuesday and bought a copy of Trina's latest album, Still Da Baddest. Then she proceeded to do a track-by-track, uh, review on her blog.

A sample, :

" ..TRACK 4: SINGLE AGAIN

HATED IT!!!! WE GIVE DAT SHYT TWO THUMBS DOWN!!!! U SINGLE AGAIN BUT NOT BY CHOICE...... HOE WEEZYYY WOKE UP!!! HE DONT LUV U HOE!!!! U SINGLE AGAIN CUZ HE LEFT UR DOG ASS!!! HOE WHAT U GONE NAME YA BABY? BABYYYY? CUZ IN 98 U WAS FUCKING BABY!!! U AINT MARRIED YET????? U CANT TURN A HOE INTO A HOUSEWIFE. CUZ U LOOKED A HOT MESS IN DAT WHITE WEDDING DRESS!!!"

Read the whole thing on Khia's Myspace blog.

Looks like this beef isn't going to be squashed any time soon. We love Khia's no-nonsense attitude, and even her frank sex columns in Hood magazine. But we can't help but wonder if the publicity resulting from continuing this feud might drive attention to Khia's upcoming appearance on VH1's new series, Miss Rap Supreme.... -- Arielle Castillo
